Right of withdrawal
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
- A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period runs from the day the contract is concluded, that is, from placing the order.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to sklep@made-it.pl or in writing to Ciche 110, 87-305 Zbiczno. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
- To meet the deadline it is enough to send the statement before the period expires.
2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal once the service has started
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the Consumer's express prior consent before the withdrawal period expires, and the Consumer was informed before performance began that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed, and acknowledged this.
In the Shop, the consent and the acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal are given before placing the order, in a separate checkbox. Performance begins when the payment is received and the License key and files of the Plugin become available in the Account. You receive a confirmation of this consent by email.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. The License expires upon withdrawal.
